Cancellation/Refund and ShippingPolicy

1. Cancellation Policy
 

1.1. Eligibility for Cancellation
Customers may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
● The order has not yet been dispatched, left our warehouse or processed for shipping.
● Once an order has been dispatched, left our warehouse or shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

 

1.2. Process for Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation, customers must follow these steps:
● Contact customer support via email, phone, or through the company’s online portal.
● Provide order details, including the order number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation.
● Await confirmation, which will be provided within 8 hours, indicating whether the cancellation was successful.

 

1.3. Refund Policy for Cancellations
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
● Full refunds are provided if the order is canceled before dispatch.
● For partially processed orders, a restocking, shipping or administrative fee of Rs. 300 may apply.
● Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 48-72 hours of cancellation.

 

1.4. Exclusions
Certain products and services may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
● Customized or personalized items.
● Services already rendered or in progress.

 

2. Return Policy
 

2.1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may return products under the following conditions:
● Items will only be refunded if warranty is claimed and there is a manufacturing defect for which you need to share an unpacking video.
● The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
● Return requests must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
● Proof of purchase is required to process any returns.

 

2.2. Return Process
To return a product, customers should:

 

1. Submit a return request through the company’s website or customer service.
2. Package the item securely, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
3. Ship the item using a pre-approved courier or via a return label provided by the company.

 

2.3. Refund and Exchange Options
● Refunds: Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 48-72 hours.
● Exchanges: Customers can opt for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
● Store Credit: In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds.

 

2.4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
● Items marked as final sale or clearance.
● Customized or personalized items.
● Items not under warranty.
● Items damaged by other sources once it has left our warehouse.

 

2.5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or is found to be defective:
● Customers must report the issue within 2 days of the delivery with an unpacking video
● The company will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, depending on customer preference.

 

3. Shipping
 

3.1. Shipping Policy
● Products under Rs. 999 require shipping charges of Rs. 150.
● All products require 3-5 days for transportation once shipped.
● We use third party transportations.
● Shipping might be delayed in case of national holidays, curfews, etc. or any such events that might halt transportation services.

 

4. Additional Considerations
 

4.1. International Returns
For orders placed outside the company’s primary country of operation, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

 

4.2. Changes to the Policy
The company reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or website announcements.
