At SILVX JEWELLERY, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer all
purchases. If you experience any issues with your SILVX silver jewelry within 10 days from
the date of purchase, please contact us for a warranty claim.

 

To initiate a claim, simply you have to an open box video at the time of unboxing the product

1. We only provide replacement if a defect is from our side.
 

2. Please take care of your silver jewellery as polish wearing, scraping, etc. is not our

Eligibility - original invoice bill is mandatory with product photo is mandatory for claim of
refund processing time -it would take approximately 6-8 business days refund method - refund would be issued with original bill invoice and its mandatory
